Bonus for EKSU Graduands at Convocation

Graduands who will be present at this year’s convocation ceremonies of Ekiti State University (EKSU) have been given concession by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Samuel Oye Bandele to obtain their degree certificates at a fee of Ten thousand naira only (N10, 000) instead of the normal Twenty five thousand naira (N25, 000)
According to the Vice Chancellor, this gesture is for the day of convocation only.
Professor Bandele said requirements to be met by the graduands have been placed on the university website.
He said that the fee for the certificate will revert back to the Twenty five thousand naira (N25, 000) after the convocation day.
Meanwhile, the campus is already wearing a new look in preparedness for the convocation ceremonies which will last one week.
During the ceremonies, there would be a convocation lecture to be delivered by the founder of Aare Afe Babalola on Thursday ,23rd June, 2016 the investiture of the Chancellor, His Royal Majesty Oba Adegoke Adeyemi the Alara of Aramoko Ekiti and award of first degrees will take place on Friday, 24th June, 2016 while the final ceremonies on Saturday, 25th of June, 2016 will include the award of higher degrees and conferment of honorary degrees on Mr. Gbenga Oyebode and the Governor of Bayelsa state, His Excellency, Seriake Dickson.
