The Lagos State University have reportedly gifted 160 students with a total of N4 million. The students were rewarded for making 4.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average and above during the 2015/2016 academic session.‎

The Vice Chancellor of LASU, Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun, presented the cheques to them on behalf of the school management on Friday, June 17, at the Ojo Campus.
While presenting N25,000 to each student, the VC congratulated them and urged them not to relent their efforts.
He said: “We are proud of you, but you must work harder to sustain the grade.
“Do not relent in your efforts because you were celebrated today.”

  1. Very thoughtful from the management of LASU, it will also encourage other students of the University to put up their academic best.

  2. N25,000 is not bad but I feel should be more than that.. Education is not easy at all..
